About Historical Film Services

Historical Film Services is the TV and film division of EventPlan Limited, which was formed in September 2000.  The Managing Director is experienced historian  Howard Giles.

Our client base includes Saatchi & Saatchi, BBC 1 (Bristol and White City); Sky One; ITV 1, Channel 4, Granada (Bristol), Red Productions for Granada (Manchester), Soundelux for Oliver Stone's Alexander, Lion Television for the BBC, Leopard Films for the Discovery Channel, MJZ Productions,  and Bright Films for American TV. Because we always work hard to meet (and preferably, exceed) client expectations, we usually enjoy an excellent relationship with those we work with. Key former clients are usually happy to offer their assessment of our services on request.

EventPlan clients include the British Army;  National Trust; Heritage Trust of Lincolnshire; Sheffield City Council; the London Borough of Hounslow; Basingstoke and Deane, Colchester & Stafford Borough Councils; Huntingdon Town Council; Caldicot Castle, Wales; Artangel Media in London; The Friends of Bolingbroke Castle; Margate Town Partnership; The Oxfordshire Museum; and Odds Farm Park, Buckinghamshire.
