Have I been here before?

Heavily armed and armoured men-at-arms in authentic C12th style metal chain mail await one of the combat scenes arranged and co-ordinated by Historical Film Services for ITV productions. In just two days we shot numerous scenes depicting the C12th, English Civil War and Jacobite Rebellion of 1745. We also recommended the location, supplied and co-ordinated 50 specialist extras with musket fire, hand-to hand fighting, cavalrymen, mounted knights and a stunt horse. Part of the second series of this popular daytime programme about regression and the past lives of celebrities.
Why spend a fortune on hiring expensive historical costumes and waste time training extras when our specialist extras can often come ready clothed and schooled in the etiquette (or in this case, soldiers' drill and combat techniques) of the era represented?
