Howard Giles as the "irritating drummer" in Guy Fawkes (you'll have to watch the programme to find out how irriating!) Throughout the filming of this pilot episode and prime time, none too serious BBC 1 series Historyonics, Historical Film Services* sourced specialist walk-ons, supporting artistes and re-enactors as required, as well as helping to ensure that clothing, uniforms and weaponry were as accurate as possible. We shall post up screening dates and times once announced by the BBC.
On 7 December 2004 writer and presenter Nick Knowles received a Royal Television Award for the series, screened during the Spring.
